Yet another Soenen Caps in Dillingen.
On the 20th of January 2012 another Soenen Caps machine entered the factory floor of the Dillinger Fabrik Gelochter Bleche (DFGB).
The Soenen Caps, weighing almost 80 tons origins from England. With its tonnage going as high as 200 tons it can perforate sheets of 2 x 5 metres, 20mm thick.
As this machine uses quite large tools for its kind, it is one of the most efficient machines in its class. The Dillinger Fabrik Gelochter Bleche now has 4 of these top notch machines, each capable of perforating sheets up to 2 x 5 metres, some with a tonnage going as high as 315 tons!
Through this purchase the Dillinger Fabrik Gelochter Bleche is Europe’s definite leading company when it comes to perforating.
The Dillinger Fabrik does not stop here. With their large machinery they also offer laser cutting sheets up to 6 metres long. This of course all happens in line after flattening and cutting perforated sheets. Their laser cutters can cut sheets of 2 x 6 metres, with a thickness of 25mm stainless steel.
The Dillinger Fabrik Gelochter Bleche also offers bending, radius bending, welding and degreasing, making them your ideal partner for all your perforated metals.
