Automatic Folding - the new kind of productivity
We have obtained in the production a so far unequalled level of flexibility and speed by our fully automatic state of the art folding and bending centre Salvagnini P4. With an integrated charging and discharging centre, even highly complex parts are folded very efficiently and within a very short time.
A newly developed tool technology reduces the set-up time enormously. Once the system has been programmed, it adapts itself automatically to the respective requirements. Thus, comparatively small lots can be bent wich makes us productive and favourably priced for our customers.
